PipeBlankets do not have built-in sensors to control "on/off" activation.

They must be controlled by the user via a LED switch in the habitation area.

Pipes have a smaller volume of fluid present and as such temperature changes will occur at a much faster rate than a fresh and/or waste water tank. This means that they would cycle "on/off" too frequently and the energy saving advantage would not be realised.

Our testing programme has proven that it is better to just throw continuous heat at pipes.

Make sure you switch off the PipeBlankets as soon as you know temperatures will remain above freezing. This really is why we recommend the iController.
